3. Can the site I'm driving too convert into sales

The exact opposite is the focus of majority internet network marketers. Thier attention is on the unique hits to their website. Well not all hits are equal. It makes no sense to have 1000 hits every day but nobody buying.

At the end of the day your ulitimate goal is to make money.
